Fitness classes are one of the most popular ways to get fit, healthy and improve your wellbeing. We have a variety of online and live classes for you to participate in.

You will learn new ways to train whilst benefitting from the increased motivation that working out with others can deliver. View class descriptions, days and times below.

First, click on the Pay For Classes button below and purchase the preferred membership, class or pack, then schedule your classes by clicking on the relevant link below the button. Please note, you must pay for and schedule classes to complete a booking.

Class Descriptions

Bodyweight Conditioning
Bodyweight Conditioning strengthens and tones the whole body with a broad range of bodyweight exercises. This is an online class which you can do from anywhere in the world!

Fitness Yoga
Fitness Yoga incorporates a variety of yoga poses to improve strength and flexibility, and you should see benefits in as little as eight weeks. You will learn to understand your body and begin to move effectively and efficiently, improving posture, self-awareness, and confidence.

Online and in-demand Yoga
Yoga designed specifically for busy people. Join online for the live Zoom classes or on-demand whenever it suits you. We have an extensive online library of classes, flows and pre-hab sessions.
